About Joann Dyer

Shawn was great and Toby too! Couldn't be happier!

We had worked with a different company in that location on a prior sale and they were not creative or aggressive on our behalf. In contrast Toby was outstanding on both counts. When we hit hurdles along the way he figured out how to get around them and was creative and proactive in getting our property sold at a good price. He has a great sense of humor is very communicative and was on-point with all matters related to the sale of our property. We hope to work with him again this spring. Laura Grooms and Marc Murray (Laura's husband.)

It was a very easy process working with Toby. He knows a lot about the area and Debordieu. We would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for property in the area. Thank you.

Toby knew we might have an interest in selling but never pressured us to sell knowing how conflicted we were. Once we called to ask for possible selling price he was honest and very knowledgeable in his discussions. Toby takes his job personally and professionally and keeps up with potential buyers. You can't go wrong calling Toby Avant.

Toby Avant was amazing from start to finish. I have been working with him to find the perfect home for over a year and he stayed patient with me. He is the BEST!

Toby did an excellent job given my circumstances of having lost a sibling and living 185 miles awayI would highly recommend him.

I had a great experience dealing with Toby on purchasing a home in Georgetown SC. Toby had an extensive knowledge of the market and was very attentive and responsive from the initial showing through the closing. I would highly recommend using Toby for any real-estate needs.

Toby Avant is an outstanding realtor who demonstrated professionalism and heart though out the process of finding and negotiating our new home. Toby you are the best. Thank you.

It was a pleasure to work with Toby when buying our home. He has extensive knowledge of the local area and markets was always available and showed us countless options based on our parameters. It was an added bonus to have someone so informed about the local community schools and businesses as well. Toby is top notch you will not find a more committed capable realtor. We would recommend again and again!

Toby Avant was incredible! He was top notch is every way!

I would recommend working with Toby. He knows the business and the area well and was able to find us what we were looking for. Through the contracting and closing process he stayed intimately involved holding out hand through close. He listened to our needs and concerns and communicated them clearly and accurately to the seller's agent. He handled a difficult situation well as the seller's agent was not trustworthy and would say whatever we wanted to hear regardless of what was actually true. He navigated this agent's games held the agent and the seller to their commitments and got us across the finish line. Great Job!

Toby is a great guy. Very professional and we are pleased with the service we received on selling our property.

Toby has represented us so very well and has earned our respect trust and friendship. We appreciate his work ethic and working hard to represent our interests and take care of all our real estate needs in South Carolina. He does an amazing job. Just one example of his above and beyond service mindset we just closed our our most recent home in DeBordieu and because of my board meetings we were not able to make it to SC for closing. However because of some document issues the paper work could not be overnighted and sent back in time to meet our close date. Well Toby solved that issue himself. He took the closing documents from our attorneys Geor...
